- Guaranteed settle only valid for 30 days from collection date. Absolutely zero exceptions. Free rebreeds will not be carried past 2 breeding cycles and must be used within 42 days of original collection date.
- Guaranteed settle only valid for accounts that are currently up to date financially.
- Beginning net 30 all outstanding accounts will incur a 3% interest charge monthly starting at the first of the following month unless otherwise communicated with 333.
- All accounts must have a valid, working credit card prior to semen being shipped the day of collection.
- All pre-booked semen must be cancelled prior to 9 am est collection day, or the orderer will be responsible for the cost of that semen, shipping, and packing.
- 333 is not responsible for the negligence of UPS, FedEx or any other shipping companies used in the hauling and transport of semen. Pickup of product is allowed and highly encouraged to ensure timely delivery and care.
- 333 guarantees the quality of the product up until the time it enters the styrofoam cooler, and ensures proper concentration, motility, and semen quality. 333 does not guarantee the health, purity, or disease prevention of any sire represented at 333, but does ensure proper animal husbandry and care of all sires represented under the scope of The Initiative 333 LLC.
- All A.I. certs must be processed through our website at 333stud.com. No A.I. cert will be processed outside of the online A.I. cert system.
